We bought three of these to replace our standard hallway "nipple style" lights. All three lights came packaged well, and with all the screws and parts needed to install. They fit snug onto the ceiling and were a breeze to install. The brushed stell look is nice and uniform and the frosted glass has no imperfections. No complaints here, they look really nice.

I'm an electrical contractor. When asked, this is the only light I will recommend. If I have to supply undercabinet lights this is the only brand I will use. The light burns 50% cooler than Halogen, is dimmable via an wall switch or you have the switch on the fixture that has a "High low & off" I never get call backs on these and I cant remember one of these ever failing. And yes, I have these in my kitchen office and laundry room.

These lights seem to be of good quality. The design that they used to retain the wiring part of the light was not clear to me so initially the problem I was having was that the lens will pop off without any warning. When this happened the light would swing down exposing the wiring and the lens crashes onto the counter. This problem was corrected after I reread the installation instructions (step 11).

The light itself is a perfect glow. The installation is straightforward. The big drawback is attaching the light diffusing lens back in place. The lens is designed to attach to the light by hooking the front end of the lens to the body first and "popping" the lens onto the body. For some reason, the light frame's dimension changes once mounted to the cabinet. This ever so slight change in frame size prevents the lens cap staying in place. It makes the task of putting the lens cap on a nightmare.
To get this to work, I had to place VERY small washers in the back of the light interior. This made the interior dimensions ~1/16" smaller. This difference made the lens stay in place once assembled. Even with the modifications, the lens does not "pop" in place. The front edge HAS to be depressed into the retaining lip last. This is backwards from the directions and is not easy.

Nice-looking when turned on. Glass construction is a little sloppy. White "mortar" between cut glass is chipped and unven in places, but fixture is mounted high enough that chips don't show.
We also purchased matching wall sconce. Both fixtures look good once installed and turned on. Ceiling light is in front entry, and sconce is in hallway to bedrooms.
